Snow Plow Hijacked In Wisconsin

ONEIDA, Wis. - Police searched today for a 25-year-old man who they said hijacked a snow plow in the midst of a spring storm.

The man had a weapon and used force to take the red, 1-ton truck with attached plow from its driver about 2:45 a.m. Thursday, Oneida Police Chief Rich Van Boxtel said. No one was hurt in the hijacking, he said.

The man and the plow were last seen heading east on Wisconsin 54 from Oneida. Van Boxtel said the man is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone who sees him or the plow should call 911 immediately.

The suspect was described as 6-feet-1, about 220 pounds and wearing a blue hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans and wire rimmed glasses.
