East Texas City Considers Smoking Ban

East Texas smokers may have one less city to light up in. That's because the Marshall City Commission is considering an ordinance to ban smoking in public places. They are looking at banning smoking in places of employment and other public places, like bowling alleys, sports arenas, and restaurants. The city is currently sending out letters to restaurant owners, notifying them of an upcoming public hearing.
