Freedom Fighters: Frank Fields

It was only eleven weeks ago that Frank Fields was wounded by an "ADD", Armor Defeating Device, in an American Army convoy just outside Baghdad. Fields lost both legs in the attack. He is rehabilitating at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.

In spite of his loss, Fields is thankful to be alive and is looking forward to learning to walk again with new, state of the art, artificial legs. Rehabilitation exercises are painful and grueling but Fields is determined to be stronger than ever and to live life to the fullest.
