9 violations were found in a February 8th inspection, including hot and cold foods at unsafe temperatures, they had spoiled shrimp and spoiled ground beef on hand, and toxic items were stored near eating utensils. They scored a D.
8 violations were found in a February 12th inspection of El Cancun at 1405 South High Street. Cold foods were at unsafe temperatures, stored foods were not properly wrapped and protected, and there was improper cooling of prepared foods. They scored a C.
Ryan's Family Steak House at 301 East Loop 281 had 9 violations in a February 5th inspection. Cold foods were at unsafe temperatures, spoiled foods were discovered and food prep areas were un cleaned. They scored a C.
6 violations were found in a January 23rd inspection of Fazoli's at 2407 Judson Road. Food prep areas were un sanitized, cold foods were at unsafe temperatures and the facility voluntarily shut down because they had no hot water. They scored a C.
And the Little Caesars in K-mart at 1100 McCann Road had 7 violations in a February 9th inspection. Hot foods were at unsafe temperatures, and they too voluntarily closed due to no running hot water. They scored a B.
