In the Kitchen: Stanley's Famous "Brother-N-Law" Sandwich

Directions:

-1 Hotlink Sausage

-1 Slice Of Cheese

-1/3 Pound of Stanley's Famous Chopped or Sliced Brisket (or your own favorite)

-Stanley's Famous BBQ Sauce (or your favorite)

-One Hamburger Bun

First, butterfly the hotlink. Make two vertical cuts on each inside (half of the hotlink). Make sure no to cut all the way through. Flip the link and make perpendicular cuts along the back (outside) of the link, making sure not to cut all the way through. Grill the hotlink on a griddle or in a pan (cast iron works great!). Toast the bun and put the slice of cheese on the bottom bun. Lay the hotlink (inside up) on the cheese and sauce it. Pile the brisket on the link and sauce it again. Put the lid on it and enjoy!
