KLTV 7 has learned George Wholesale Company in Tyler has sold the business.
The company's general manager confirmed the transaction, but would not say who bought the company. It was also not confirmed the if the 25 people who work at George Wholesale would be out of a job.
George Wholesale Company distributes products to convenience stores, grocery stores and school.
The general manager says the takeover will happen over the coming weeks.
