Raising Arizona: Cowboys Bounce Back Against Cardinals

The Cowboys needed to win six of their last eight games to secure any shot at the post season.

They started in the right direction on that journey Sunday against the struggling Arizona Cardinals.

In the second quarter, the Cowboys were up by a field goal Tony Romo would connect with Patrick Crayton for a 30 yard touchdown to make it 10-0 Cowboys.

In the third, Dallas defense continued their assault. Matt Leinart's pass was picked off by Akin Ayodele.

That set up a Dallas scoring drive.  Tony Romo connected with Terrell Owens for a 53 yards touchdown, Dallas went up 20-3.

Dallas won 27-10. The Cardinals have now lost eight straight.

Game Notes:

East Texan Keylon Kincade of Troup was called up from the practice squad this week. On the field Sunday, Keylon had four carries for nine yards.

In his third start for Dallas, Tony Romo was 20 of 29, for 308 yards and two touchdowns and no interceptions.
