In the Kitchen: Stanley's Potato Salad

Red Potatoes (small bag)

Boiled Eggs (6 to 8)

Sweet Relish (3-4 tablespoons)

Chopped Jalapenos (1-2)

White Sugar (1/2 cup)

Salt (1-2 teaspoons)

Celery Salt (1-2 teaspoons)

Diced Pimentos (1 tablespoon)

Yellow Mustard (quarter cup)

Salad Dressing or Mayo (half cup)

Boil Potatoes until soft.  Mix all other ingredients in separate bowl.  Mash potatoes in large bowl.  Add other ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
