A man in his early 30s died inside his home after sheriff's deputies used a Taser on him at least twice.That's according to a Harris County Sheriff's Department spokesman. The incident began yesterday when a sheriff's deputy spotted the man standing by some mailboxes. Authorities say the man appeared to be breaking into the mailboxes A deputy tried to grab the man and a struggle began. The first deputy used his Taser and another struck the man with a baton once. A third deputy used his Taser when the man continued to resist arrest.
