29-year-old Tammie Lin Duty turned herself in to Tyler police.
She's charged with five counts of fraudulent use of identifying information.
Here's what police say she did. They believe Duty applied for loans using customers' personal info.
Police say, at the very least, she got $40,000 in fraudulent loans and that number could rise.
Police say there could be more victims out there on top of the 40 or so they know of right now.
