Concierge Services On The Rise

With so much to do these days, people often wish there were two of them to get it all done.   Today, getting help is much easier with the increase in concierge services. In the last five years, the number of personal assistants has doubled throughout the country. Doing other people's busy work, is what Lori Greene, of Kilgore loves to do.

"I do personal assistant work, virtual office support, which is administrative work off sight, event planning, VIP services, gift service and I do holiday decorating," said Lori Greene, personal assistant. With so much do to everyday, it's off to the races.   Three years ago Lori started her own personal assistant business, Elite Concierge Unlimited.

"I wanted something that could simplify people's life," said Greene. "Money can't buy happiness, but money can buy time, so why not push it to someone else." Alicia Barrett of Barrett Media Group says Greene gives her extra time to be with her family and saves her money.

"I'm able to use her occassionally when I actually need the help instead of having a full time or part time employee," said Alicia Barrett, Greene's client. "It actually gives me personal time, so in that way it's great." Across town, Greene is making a gift basket for another client.

"I like working with people, and if there is something I can do that will take some pressures or burdens off of them, that feels good to me," said Greene.  "People want to put there time where it's best for them."   Greene says she charges about $25.00 per hour.   For more information on Greene's business go to our homepage, and click on the Know More on 7 link. There you will find Elite Concierge Unlimited.
