Former Newspaper Photographer Pleads Guilty To Meth Charges

A former newspaper photographer is awaiting sentencing on federal drug charges.   In federal court yesterday, David Branch, 43 pleaded guilty to possessing 25 grams of methamphetimine with intent to distribute. Before his arrest, Branch was the chief photographer for the Tyler Morning Telegraph.   He was one of 19 people arrested in the bust, called Operation Ice Box, back in March. Branch could now face up to 20 years in prison.
