Tyler Police Need Help Finding Missing Gunman

Shots are fired in an East Texas neighborhood and Tyler police need your help finding the gunman.   Police have identified the missing gunman, as 21-year-old Ahmad Cantrell Bailey. Bailey faces six counts of aggravated assault.  A warrant has been issued for his arrest.   The shooting happened last night around 11:30 p.m. in the 4000th Block of Aberdeen Drive.   Tommy Magness says he was sitting on his porch with friends when he noticed a suspicious person looking in his truck and van. Words were exchanged, and that's when Magness says the man left and later returned with a gun.

"I said are you the one that was trying to get in the van, and that's when he pulled his gun out and when he pulled his gun out he was right on me, so I shoved him and I guess he thought I was going to hit him or something, so he ducked and when he ducked I ran over behind the van," said Magness.    That's when Magness says he called police and the gunman got in a car with two others and fired shots. The gunman then escaped,  but police caught up with those inside the car 22-year-old Hollie Clark and 21-year-old Johnny Thompson was arrested on unrelated warrants. They have not been charged with the shooting.   If you have any information on the missing gunman call Tyler police.
