The Guardian Angels will be beefing up patrols this weekend in east Phoenix because of the city's serial killings.
The organization's founder, Curtis Sliwa, says members are flying in from Las Vegas and San Francisco.
They'll join Guardian Angels from Denver and Apache Junction who this week have been patrolling the area around Indian School Road and 32nd Street.
Sliwa says they'll also hold a training session on Sunday. There may be enough Phoenix residents interested in joining, he says, to start a Guardian Angels chapter in the city.
