Federal Sentencing Delayed For Longview Restaurant Owner

      A Longview restaurant owner gets a short reprieve from a federal prison sentence. Sentencing has been delayed until August 23rd for Canton's Restaurant owner David Choy, who faces federal gun charges. Choy pleaded guilty in March to federal weapons charges for attempting to buy a illegal machine gun in 2004.

He faces a possible 10 years in prison and a 250-thousand dollar fine.
