What's expected to be the final week of defense testimony is under way in the retrial of Andrea Yates.
The Houston woman is accused of drowning her young children in a bathtub. She's pleading not guilty by reason of insanity.
Today, jurors saw a videotaped jail interview in which Yates cries as she tells a psychiatrist why she killed the five children. Yates tells the doctor she "thought they would go to heaven." The tape was recorded about five weeks after the kids were killed in June of 2001.
Yates was convicted the following year, but that was overturned because of some incorrect testimony.
