New Trial Date For Former Jacksonville Police Officer

A former Jacksonville police officer, Larry Pugh, who's accused of sexual assault while on duty, has a new trial date.  Pugh's trial was scheduled to begin Monday, but it's been moved to November.   Pugh was arrested back in February on sexual assault charges, months later he was charged with making a false statement to authorities.  If convicted, Pugh faces jail time and multiple fines of more than $100,000.
