Fire Forces Family Out Of Home

Fire forces an East Texas family out of their home, gutting out the inside.   It happened yesterday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. The house is located at the 600 Block of North Forest Avenue.   Sandra Crider and her four children have lived in this home for more than two years. Crider rents the house and does not have renter's insurance. She says the fire somehow started in her son's room and spread from there causing smoke damage throughout the house.   "I'm still nervous, and every time I look at it, it hurts me to see because I put a lot of time into it, and it hurts to see it like that," said Crider. "It doesn't look the same. I know I gotta be strong for my kids and just pray."   Crider and her family have gotten help from the American Red Cross, but still need clothes for the children.  Here are the children's clothing sizes.

Children Size 16 Pants (Boys)

Children Size 14 Pants (Boys)

Children Size 12 Pants (Girls)

Large Shirts (Boys)

Medium Shirts (Boys)

For more information on how to help the Crider family, call the American Red Cross.
