GM Announces Return Of Interest-Free Financing On Select Models

General Motors will offer zero percent financing for up to six years on many of its cars and trucks. The nation's leading automaker says it's trying to reduce inventory in preparation for the new model year.

G-M says the financing is being offered on Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac and G-M-C models during a sale that begins Thursday and ends July fifth.

G-M officials say they have no plan to return to employee pricing, which was the hallmark of last summer's incentive war among the domestic automakers.
