In The Kitchen: Dudley's Cajun Cafe's Shrimp Dudley


1 1/2 pound peeled raw shrimp

2 cups cooked rice

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 stick butter

8 lemon slices

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teapoon red pepper

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Saute bell pepper, green onions, and celery in butter for 5 minutes, add shrimp and seasoning, cook for 10 minutes, until shrimp are pink.

Stir in hot rice, cheese , and soup. Place mixture in greased casserole dish and top with lemon slices.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
