Elderly Man Pleads Guilty To Distributing Crack Cocaine

A 74 Year old man faces federal prison time for distributing 25 grams of crack cocaine.

Eunice Johnson pleaded guilty in federal court to delivering the drugs to a home in rural Smith County.

He entered the guilty plea yesterday, the same day his trial was scheduled to start.

Johnson could now be sentenced to up to 20 years in federal prison and up to a $1 million fine.

A sentencing date has not been set.
