City Gets Ready For Tyler 21 Retreat

The city of Tyler wants to know what you want Tyler to be like 20 to 50 years from now. Tomorrow, the city is holding an interactive retreat for citizens to provide feedback on existing community conditions and examine growth scenarios. It's part of their Tyler 21 plan.

"The more people involved, the better the plans going to be," said Mayor Joey Seeber. "This is the opportunity for anyone in our city to come out and get involved and talk about the things we love in our city that we want to be sure that we keep and the things that are challenges that we want to change."   The retreat begins tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. and goes till 3:00 p.m. It will be held at UT-Tyler in the Robert R. Muntz Library. Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided.
