Ingredients for Crust:
- 7 ½ oz coconut
- Small bag of almonds
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Stir ever few minutes. Let cool (save some mixture for the top).
Ingredients for Filling:
- 2 packages vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
- 2 2/3 cup cold milk
- Mix until firm
- Add to mixture
- 8 oz. cool whip
Directions:
Mix instant pudding and milk until firm and add to previous mixture. Pour over the crust mixture and add the remaining crust to the top. Chill until ready to serve.
