Four Year Bank Robbery Solved

A four year old bank robbery is solved with the arrest of an East Texas man. The robbery happened on July 15th, 2002 at the Kelly Tyler Federal Credit Union located in Northeast Tyler. Now, the FBI along with Tyler police have arrested  25-year-old Rafael Zachary Leos of Tyler at a residence yesterday.   Investigators say two employees were inside when Leos, wearing a ski-mask, walked in with a handgun and a trash bag.   Leos has been indicted by a federal grand jury and charged with bank robbery and aiding and abetting.
