Convicted Longview Man Threatens Victims

A threat is issued by a convicted man at his sentencing in a Longview courtroom yesterday. 35 year old "Jerald Sullivan" was sentenced to a life in prison after being found guilty of aggravated robbery, his 7th felony conviction. After sentence was passed, prosecutors say Sullivan turned to the victims who were in attendance and told them he would kill them.

Sullivan will now be charged with making a terroristic threat. He must serve 30 years before being eligible for parole.
