Player Suspended For Throwing Bat At Umpire

A top Tampa Bay prospect in the minor leagues, Delmon Young, has been suspended indefinitely. The decision came just one day after Young threw a baseball bat at a replacement umpire during a game in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Playing for the Durham Bulls, Young was considered one of the best players in the minors.  His brother is Detroit's Dmitri Young. League officials haven't release the umpire's name, but he apparently wasn't seriously injured.
