Arp City Marshall's Office Arrest Two Men For Day Care Fire

The Arp City Marshall's Office arrested two men for breaking into several buildings and setting a daycare on fire. Officials say 19-year-olds Nathan Daffern of Tyler and Robert Sanders of Overton, broke into the Marshall's Office, Arp City Bank, and Junior High School Wednesday night. They also allegedly broke into a local flower shop and stole cash from the register. Officials say they also started The Playschool daycare center fire. The Marshall's Office charged both men with burglary of a building, criminal mischief, theft and arson.
