Charity Poker Tournament In Longview

Some of East Texas' best poker faces got together to raise money for a Longview organization. The Maude Cobb Activity Center held the first East Texas Hold 'Em Tournament. Participants paid $75 for a seat at the table.

The event benefited Hospice, which gives care to terminally-ill patients outside of a hospital environment. More than 100 players turned out for the event.
