Sleep problems may become more noticeable during the first week of Daylight Savings time. For those who have had a restless week, Raymond C. Perkins, MD, a sleep medicine specialist, will discuss sleep problems and fatigue at April 11 in the ETMC Pavilion in a free KnowledgeFirst forum.
The medical director of the
“Studies show millions of Americans do not get the rest they need,” said Karen Cranford, RN, KnolwedgeFirst coordinator. “Everyone has a restless night now and then, but chronic sleep problems can lead to other health complications. Our forum will help participants get a better understanding of sleep disorders and the treatments that are available.”
A light lunch will be provided and Dr. Perkins will be available for questions after his presentation.
