Visitors from Tyler's sister city in Japan, took some time on Tuesday to view some of the beautiful azaleas.
They walked along the Azalea Trail and took several group pictures. For some of the visitors this is their first time to Tyler. A Tyler board member with the sister cities says the visitors told him the flowers brought back memories of home.
"Azalea and rose we have in common with Yachiyo they are known from them too. That's one of the reasons we became a sister's city," says Tony Tadasa, Board Member of Tyler Sister Cities.
