Julian's TaiPhoon Bowl
4 ounce Filet Mignon
1/2 ounce White Mushrooms
1/2 ounce Carrots
1/2 ounce Onions
Fresh Lime
Mint
Basil
Chili Paste (add last)
Egg Noodles
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Asian Cooking Wine
Use a Wok, if possible. Sear filet mignon, first to brown. Add other ingredients, one at a time. Cook to a desired temperature. This is a stir-fry style recipe.
