City Of Tyler's Cable Channel

The City of Tyler's cable channel has a new look. Starting Wednesday, Cox Cable Channel 3, offers both education and informational programs from the government.

The city just received new equipment to do so. Laura Krantz with the City of Tyler says during the morning it will offer information about road construction, weather conditions and a live view of downtown Tyler.

"With the new scheduling software we can play programs from the Department of Education, programing from NASA, Texas Parks and Wildlife programs and pretty much any government produced program," says Krantz.
