Graffiti Of President Bush Popping Up Around Tyler

Graffitti, critical of President Bush has started popping up around Tyler. We found a message that read "War Criminal" next to a picture of Bush's face spray painted on an old office building on Clinic Drive in Tyler. Police say similar messages were found yesterday at Starbucks on the Loop and on a utility box in South Tyler. They believe the graffiti was done sometime Tuesday night.

"Aerosol paint was used in these type of acts, so therefore because of that under the Graffitti Statute it's a Class B Misdeamnor, which is a fine or jail time if found in court," said Officer Don Martin, Tyler Police Department. No arrests have been made at this time. If you have any information call Tyler Police.
