A Longview man gets a lengthy prison term after missing his first trail and then being arrested in a sting operation. Prosecutors say 24-year James Earl Ingram Junior made obscene gestures to the court after hearing his 40 year sentence yesterday. Ingram was a "no-show" for his original drug possession trial in December.
Officers re-arrested him after a sting operation last month. Ingram's original arrest for drug possession stemmed from a traffic stop back in 2004. He disappeared shortly after bonding out.
