Pittsburg Group Holds Steeler Party

A group of East Texans gathered together yesterday to root for the steelers in the Super Bowl. It was an "all ladies" affair; as women from a Pittsburg area church gathered together for a Super Bowl party and to urge the Steelers on; complete with terrible towels. They're die-hard steel city fans, and are as knowledgeable about the game as anyone. Though none have any ties to Pennsylvania their loyalty was impressive, and their intensity.

"I'm cheering for the Pittsburg Steelers because I live in Pittsburg, graduated from Pittsburg High, the Steelers are black and gold" said steelers fan Gracie Hollins.

"Well the Steelers are the greatest team on earth; think about it, we've got The Bus" said Pittsburg resident Katrina Peoples.

The ladies went away happy with the Steelers win; Pittsburgh's fifth Super Bowl title.
