Drew Henson will finally get a chance to play quarterback again. Henson didn't play in a game this season for the Dallas Cowboys and has started just once in two years. Henson was among three players allocated to NFL Europe today by the Cowboys. Henson, practice squad receiver Tom Crowder and newly signed cornerback Lenny Williams will report to training camp in mid-February. Henson was inactive as the number three quarterback in all 16 games behind Drew Bledsoe and Tony Romo this season. He took snaps at quarterback just twice in 2004, and was replaced at halftime by Vinny Testaverde in the only game he has started for the Cowboys.
-- Also, the Cowboys today signed long snapper Danny Young, who signed with San Diego as a rookie free agent in 2005 and played in NFL Europe last spring. Young was released by the Chargers at the end of training camp.
