HOUSTON A Houston woman who admitted drowning her five children in the family bathtub faces a pretrial hearing today in the deaths of three of them.Andrea Yates was not charged in the deaths of the other two.She's awaiting a new trial on capital murder charges. She had been serving a life prison term in the 2001 killings before a state appeals court overturned the convictions last year.The prosecutor says he's open to a plea bargain allowing Yates to avoid another trial.
