Investigators say a Gladewater man may have had a heart attack behind the wheel, before a late-night accident that claimed his life. The crash happened around 10:45 p.m. Thursday in Longview in the 600 block of East Marshall Ave. Authorities say Richard Patrick Evilsizer, 53, who worked for Owen's Towing, was leaving the scene of an accident when he lost control of his vehicle.
He then crashed into a nearby flower shop. Police say Evilsizer suddenly drifted across traffic when the accident happened.
