Owens Sausage Con Queso Dip
1 lb. Owens Hot Roll Sausage
1 package (16 oz.) pasteurized processed cheese
1 small diced tomato
1 can (4 ½ oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
In large saucepan, crumble and brown sausage over medium heat. Drain on paper towels, then return sausage to saucepan. Cut cheese into cubes and add to sausage. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Stir in tomato and green chilies. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
