Witnesses Comes Forward On Road Rage Accident

Witnesses are now coming forward about a three week old car accident. Confirming road rage might have been the cause.  Last week we told you about 19 year old Ashley Willis. She was in critical condition at a Tyler hospital after a car accident the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, off interstate 45 near Leona. During a twenty mile stretch of 45, Ashley frantically called her family, her boyfriend and a sorority sister saying she was being harassed by two trucks.

Today her father told us that two witness have come forward after seeing the story on the news. Alex Willis says, "There are some people from Plano who witnessed some of the harassment my daughter was going through with a vehicle around the Buffalo area through the Centerville area. He even woke his wife up and said hey look at this harassment a real pretty blonde girl is having to put up with."  Wills says the man and his wife even got the license tag number of the vehicle. DPS is working on taking the witness statements from that day and will investigate.  Ashley is in a Houston rehabilitation hospital and took her first steps yesterday.
