In the Kitchen: Chicken Salad

Easy-to-make Chicken Salad... 


4        chicken breasts

2        eggs

1        stalk celery

½   cup sour cream

Dill Pickle Slices

Dash of Dill Weed

Dash of Celery Seed


Salt and Pepper

Boil chicken breasts, and chop or shred into very fine pieces.  Hard boil eggs and chop into fine pieces.  Chop celery stalk into small pieces.  Chop dill pickle slices into small pieces.  Mix all ingredients, adding mayonnaise until it is the consistency you prefer.  Salt and pepper to taste.
