Astros Move On To NLCS After 18 Inning Thriller

The Astros were trying to put the Atlanta Braves away to advance to the National League Championship series Sunday afternoon.
It  would only take them18 innings.
In the bottom of the ninth inning, Atlanta up 6 to 5, when Lance Berkman hit a solo shot to left center.
The Astros tied things up.
It would stay tied for another nine innings. An 18 inning game, the longest in Major League Baseball playoff history.
That was until, the bottom of the 18th. The rookie Chris Burke at the plate. He hits the homer to left.
Astros win 7 to 6 over Atlanta.
They will play in the St. Louis Cardinals in the NLCS beginning Wednesday.
