Pecan Crusted Chicken Breasts

6          5 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2          cup pecans, chopped small

2          cups honey Dijon mustard dressing

2          cups flour

2             teaspoons ground black pepper

1            tablespoon salt

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken breasts in the seasoned flour then dip in 1 and 1/2  cups of the dressing to completely coat the chicken.  Continue by completely covering chicken with the pecan pieces.

Place prepared chicken breasts in a hot skillet and brown both sides.  Remove chicken and place on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven. Bake chicken until it is done at an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Heat the remaining half cup of dressing and drizzle over the chicken and serve.
