Shrimp and Grits by Walk-Ons Bistreaux
Six 16/20 Shrimp Peeled Deveined and Butterflied with tail on
1 tablespoon cream cheese
6 slivers pickled jalapenos
6 Pieces Applewood Smoked Bacon
Take shrimp and insert cream cheese and jalapeno. Wrap shrimp with bacon leaving tail exposed. Insert toothpick to hold bacon in place. Grill on flat top or charbroiler 3 to 4 minutes per side. Place on corn grits. Serve with sweet chili glaze.
