TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Crews with the Tyler Fire Department quickly extinguished a vehicle fire on Tuesday afternoon.
It happened around 2 p.m., at the intersection of W. Erwin Street and N. Ross Avenue. Witnesses say everyone made it out okay before the fire charred the front end of the Ford SUV.
Fire crews on scene say they're unsure of the cause of the fire, but believe it started under the hood. Traffic was temporarily blocked while crews worked to contain the fire.
