(KLTV/KTRE) - The kids are going back to school. Send them off with something they’ll love to eat, pizza. Breakfast pizza is easy, fun to make, and only takes a few minutes to prepare. You can buy almost all the ingredients ready prepared or do it yourself. Most of the ingredients are already in your kitchen. Breakfast pizza, some assembly required! BREAKFAST PIZZA 1 ready made pizza crust cream gravy shredded cheese (your favorites or combination, such as cheddar, jack, or mozzarella) cooked scrambled eggs (2 or 3 per medium pizza) fully cooked breakfast meats (any one or combination of bacon, sausage,or ham) Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Use a sheet pan. Place cooked crust on pan. Spread a thin amount of cream gravy evenly across crust. Arrange and divide cooked scrambled eggs over gravy. Sprinkle grated cheese or combination of cheeses over and around scrambled eggs. Top pizza with fully cooked breakfast meats or combination of breakfast meats. Place in oven and heat until cheese fully melts. Everything is already fully cooked, so your are essentially just getting it good and hot. Shouldn’t take but 10-15 minutes. You can also add any of your other favorite pizza ingredients, but kids tend to like the simple combination of meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, and the cream gravy as the pizza sauce.
