SMITH COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - Crews are on the scene of a two-vehicle wreck in Smith County.

According to the Department of Public Safety, they have a trooper on the scene of a two-vehicle wreck with reported injuries at the intersection of Texas Highway 110 and East Grande Boulevard.

DPS said they received the call at about 10:41 a.m.

According to a reporter on the scene, traffic is only "slightly impacted." Drivers cannot make a right turn from 110 onto Grande Boulevard. Instead, drivers must continue until the next intersection and make a U-turn.
