Female victim in Tyler shooting released from hospital

TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

A Tyler woman has been released from the hospital after being shot by her alleged ex-boyfriend. 

According to an arrest warrant affidavit Ladidre Blevins, 32 was likely shot by Tony Waters, over a domestic dispute.  

Waters also allegedly fatally shot two others in the incident. According to police, he is responsible for the deaths of Daquan Munson, 17 and Charlie Verdell, 51.

On July 25, according to the Gregg County Sheriff's office, Waters attempted to kill himself by hanging and was taken to a Longview hospital. 

According to the Tyler Police Department, the case has been cleared by arrest of Tony Water and closed due to the self-inflicted death of Waters.  Investigators have found no evidence that would support anyone else may have been involved in the incident.
