7 Months Since Courthouse Shooting: Judge's Courtroom Moved

Moving day was today for one Tyler judge.

Nearly seven months after the Smith County Courthouse shooting, Judge Carole Clark is getting her request for a safer courtroom situation.

321st District Judge Clark is scheduled to be in a new courtroom next week. Judge Clark's courtroom and office used to be on two different floors. She says she has been threatened by litigants while walking between the two places.

Her courtroom and office will now be next to each other.
