Kilgore police release video of theft suspect shoving employee trying to stop him

KILGORE, TX (KLTV) - The Kilgore Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a theft investigation.

According to the police, the theft occurred on July 9 at about 4:30 p.m. They released video of the suspected theft on their Facebook page. In the video, the suspect is seen leaving with merchandise in a shopping cart. An employee tries to stop the suspect from leaving the store. The suspect shoves her out of the way and leaves the scene.

The Kilgore police described the man as having tattoos in the back of both of his legs. The suspect was seen driving a gray or silver 4 door passenger vehicle, possibly an older Ford Taurus.
